This is for 2025 season tickets. For 2024 season tickets, the wording was different:What are the benefits of holding a 2025 Season Ticket?
Season tickets offer a 16-22% saving on purchasing your match tickets on a game by game basis. 2025 Season Ticket holders will also have guaranteed access to purchase match tickets for any home ties in the FAI Cup.
In addition to savings on match tickets, season ticket holders receive exclusive discounts on club merchandise. Season ticket holders can log onto dcfconlinestore.com and use their barcode for discount on items on sale.
That's from the club website. It looks like you have to go on the website to check. Does that help? What are the benefits of holding a 2024 Season Ticket?
Season tickets offer a 16-22% saving on purchasing your match tickets on a game by game basis. 2024 Season Ticket holders will also have guaranteed access to purchase match tickets for home fixture(s) in Europa Conference League and any home ties in the FAI Cup. In the 2023 season, an enhancement was delivered to allow supporters to purchase the seat they hold for League games for FAI Cup and Europa Conference League.
In addition to savings on match tickets, season ticket holders receive exclusive discounts on club merchandise. 2024 Season Tickets holders who renew prior to 8 December will receive a 10% discount code for merchandise that can be used against the new 2024 home shirt, which is due for release in early December.

Re: Merchandise
Thanks for thar. What was the point of opening a shop in Foyleside if we have to shop online to claim a discount?
The guy in the shop not only suggested I go to O'Neil but he wasn't aware the Home Kit has been retained for the new season. Couldn't make it up hi.

The guy in the shop was likely a volunteer, taking time out to help the club in their pop-up shop. A shop opened to promote & encourage DCFC through their extensive range of merchandising, as opposed opened to ensure folk like you get a few quid off a shirt.

Re: Merchandise
Anyone know how to get around the O'Neills regional offerings on their website? The European store has less stuff available (looking for some of the new training gear, that white, grey, red striped top from last year). Tried using a VPN set to Ireland and the UK but I'm always redirected to the European store (I live abroad).

He may have been a volunteer, you'd think someone would brief him about the Nechandice. If there was a discount last year you'd be entitled to assume there'd be the same rhis.da-gama wrote: Thu Dec 12, 2024 12:33 pmThe Christmas spirit alive & well.brandyball wrote: Thu Dec 12, 2024 10:33 am Thanks for thar. Jesus Brandyball - the shop in Foyleside was a last minute opportunity, and is staffed entirely by volunteers. Ordinary fans like yourself who are giving up their own time to help the club and fans. Some of whom no doubt won't be fully aware of all the details of who does what, where and how. The shop looks superb IMO btw.brandyball wrote: Thu Dec 12, 2024 10:33 am Thanks for thar. If it has to be explained to you why the club having a shop in Foyleside in the run-in to Christmas is a good thing all round, then I doubt you'll understand the explanation.
Do people in this town ever stop feckin' whinging ?

PS.Before you ask - I have nothing to do with the shop. I just think they're doing a great job and need to be cut some slack

Nothing against the volunteer but surely they could be advised about the Merchandise they're selling. By the way I wasnt whinging just asked a genuine question about the discount that wS offered to Season ticket holders last year.
Correct me if I'm wrong, are we not encouraged to buy Merchandise directly from the shop rather than o'neills?

Entitlement off the scale here. I really hope nobody is rude to these volunteers - they deserve massive gratitude from all DCFC fans. Imagine asking what's the point of the pop-up shop.
