Re: Brandywell Stadium Development
Good to see McGuinness finally getting to grips with this.
Was he as fed up bungling Stormont ministers(one of his own included)?
Did he head off the backlash this whole saga was creating?
Did he finally show his teeth again and made sure that money from Stormont was coming this way and not all to Belfast?
For all his faults. when McGuinness speaks, others listen.
Now lets get the job finished.

I heard yesterday that temporary seating was getting installed at Maginn this week.shauna wrote:Would rather go out to the riverside than drive to buncrana, i think security concerns are hyped up as well cause if we were able to visit the likes of windsor and the oval for setanta games with no trouble then no reason why we couldnt go to play at drumahoe safely.
Is it for us?

Probably true Shauna but I, and many more like me, pay my taxes to the government of Northern Ireland so my home town football club is as entitled to the same funds that are available to any other football club in this country regardless of what league we play in.shauna wrote:It wont be long until the irish league clubs start trotting out the old derry city deserve nothing cause they dont play in the irish league rhetoric.
