Off the back of the European 2nd leg and before the 2nd Round of qualifiers. Pats will have a longer rest period prior to the game as they have a bye into the 2nd round of qualifiers.

Had to be... Already been to the Brandywell twice this season... Former Club manager V Current understudy to former club manager... Both at the helm at Dundalk and the national team...

It'll be dubbed the tie of the round and dont be surprised if its on either RTE or Virgin...

Bohs v Rovers is bigger

If we crash out at home to Pats 2 yrs running then that would leave us and the manager in a tight spot.

Has the makings for a cracking game but both managers needing it for different reasons.

Home advantage and league form suggests we’ll be favourites but only just.

Kinda defeats the purpose of bringing forward the league games of the teams involved in Europe.
