Dundalk knowed what they were doing letting Patrick go shouldn't get a new contract with Derry, the coaching set up is not working don't seem to be able to change things around poor performance last night against team hoovering around bottom of league.Higgins has questions to be asked.

If our tactics and style of play haven't changed in two and a half years why would anyone think next season will be any different? We can criticise Cian Kavanagh, Mc Gonigle and Mullan all we like but the manager signed them and who could he sign who would do any better on the scraps being served up to them? To quote a great footballer from times past: 'Football is about going out and beating the other lot, not waiting for them to die of boredom.'

That Clown Harvey should never referee again. Wonder what the assessor thought of him not giving a stonewall penalty which should have also been a red card.

To conservative all season. Cost us in all 3 competitions. It’s a season of missed opportunities. 6 months to learn the lessons before a fresh start. Would be mad to adopt the same approach next season. Higgins needs to be a bit more dynamic and get his 3 forward players on the scoreboard.

And to add to the pain, St Pats lose at home too.

The teams around us are doing their best to help us win the league this year, and we aren't capitalising.
