In general, people talking about the price increase, making a comparison with general admission price to the Brandywell and that of another team.

Why? The club said they were working on a solution and further information would be issued, your seat was guaranteed, the club came up with a solution, you made your own choice.brandyball wrote: ↑Mon Dec 05, 2022 10:32 pmAnd Rightly So.Keyser Soze wrote: ↑Mon Dec 05, 2022 9:31 pm And cue complaints from those who have already paid up in full.

The Club gave supporters until 10 th December to renew, the only option was online in one lump sum. They never said they would be an installment plan until the furore raised on here and elsewhere.dcbhoy wrote: ↑Tue Dec 06, 2022 3:22 pmWhy? It said at the launch on 29 November that installments are not possible at this time, the club are working on other options and will come back, was pretty clearbrandyball wrote: ↑Tue Dec 06, 2022 3:46 pmThe Club gave supporters until 10 th December to renew, the only option was online in one lump sum. “As expected, there have a been a significant number of queries and volunteers are addressing these in order. Many of these relate to supporters who did not provide email addresses in 2022 and/or those who have unreserved seats.”Marty wrote: ↑Tue Dec 06, 2022 7:03 pm Any chance someone can translate this link for me that says installments are possible

It may not be an instant response but please remember that there are volunteers working tirelessly behind the scenes trying to keep the fans happy...
Just bear that in mind before the red mist descends...
