Why? The club said they were working on a solution and further information would be issued, your seat was guaranteed, the club came up with a solution, you made your own choice.

The Club gave supporters until 10 th December to renew, the only option was online in one lump sum. They never said they would be an installment plan until the furore raised on here and elsewhere.

Other options doesn't mean Installments.

Oh Aye. That's easy you can pay Now by installments when you couldn't when the priority window opened. Which wad my whole point.

“As expected, there have a been a significant number of queries and volunteers are addressing these in order. Many of these relate to supporters who did not provide email addresses in 2022 and/or those who have unreserved seats.”

I had provided an email address and have reserved seats but still haven’t been able to renew……
