Your best bet will probably be on one of the Facebook fan pages such as "Derry City Fans Group".

Brian Dunleavy may be able to help you out on that Facebook Group as he has a lot of stats and history from years gone by on former players.

He would have played with my Grandfather. I may have some photos of your father in the things I was given after my Granda died. I will have a rifle through some day and see.
