Maher,
Boyce
Dummingan
Thomson
Fats
Akintunde
Boyce got injured in a friendly game v Shels last week. Fats, I believe, hasn't trained properly since getting injured in August.

Was the Shels game sponsored by "Silent Witness"?

Was in Newry so decided to go down. Surprisingly large crowd and a good number following Derry.

Derry certainly won the possession game and played some useful football. Kavanagh looked tidy to me on the right - Patching fought hard in midfield and Porter at right back looked very comfortable. Their goal was a wicked spinned deflection in a first half we dominated posession. However they got more in Derry's faces and tried to stop the possession game in 2nd half. McGonigle coming on and playing left sided forward changed the game and he created a few good chances. The triallist seems strong and got himself in a few useful positions - took his goal well and unlucky with a header not to get another one.

Useful work out - can see some players not quite match fit yet but promising.
