Just a thread about who will be leaving and who Higgins is signing

Brian Maher (Bray Wanderers)
Will Patching (Dundalk)
Rumoured
Daniel Cleary (Dundalk)
Georgie Kelly (Bohemians)
Out:
Bastien Hery
Jack Malone
William Fitzgearld
Possibly Marc Walsh too.
I’d he disappointed if Maher is replacing Gartside rather than just coming in as a 2nd choice gk. Thought Nathan had improved drastically this season.

Have the outgoings been confirmed? Maybe they'd be more suited to the rumour section.

Everything listed there is just rumour for now.
I hope we keep Fitzgerald. He didn't pull up any trees but there's a good player in there. He's got great pace, which you can't teach. If he improves tactically and learns to control the ball better, we could have a quality winger there.
In terms of outgoings, Hery, Walsh and Malone wouldn't be a surprise. I think we could afford to lose Lafferty and Junior as well.

Very good shot stopper but it's obvious we are building attacks from the back and he isn't great with his foot work. The Ireland u21 keeper won't be coming in to stall his progress by sitting on the bench.

Daniel Cleary is a good player and prob a replacement for Toal if he does move across the water.
Any more word on Georgie Kelly as the rumours seem to have died down. He'd be a great combination with McGonigle.
