You could argue this is our Cup Final.

A must win otherwise the season is over... no excuses. We need to turn up for this one.

With 11 games left, we need to win at least 5 in order to reach a points total that might get us top 4, so a loss wouldn't be the end of the world but it'd be sickening to lose to them again. However, it's a game we would want to be winning. Get a bit of revenge too!!

It won't be easy. Harps beat Rovers 2-1.

Harps unbeaten in 6 having defeated Pats, Rovers and Derry...

This is a massive game for us. Chance to capitalise on Sligo's poor form and get one over our dear neighbours! :-)

This would have been a near sell out if allowed to go ahead. Shame.

Only 3 points will do.

Technically it is a sell out as all available tickets have been sold. Imperative we grab all 3 points.

So why are we restricted to 1150 on Friday night and Windsor Park is full tonight?

Back to subject...

Whatever crowd is in tonight, we need to really get behind the team... Put as much pressure on them early doors and stop their big striker, Owolabi, from scoring... He is a threat that has to be contained...

I'm going for a home win and 3 more points on the board... 2-0 the City

We've found it hard going against Harps this season (W1, L2) and they're on a winning running of 6 games, including Pats, Shams and ourselves. Despite that, I think we go into the game being slight favourites as we're at home.

It'll be a tough game but we have enough to beat them. Sounds like we've a full squad to choose from. I fancy us to win by the 1 goal.

I don't buy Higgins pregame talk that Harps are in with a chance of a European spot. Blowing smoke up their arse.

2 things stand out Fitzgerald is totally totally useless and Junior has turned into a diver. I hate that poor result for us tho . What talk Europe now ?

Ignoring the last 10 minutes it was very poor, didn't trouble harps keeper enough. Ref was horrific, should have been at least 10 mins of added time and he blew after about 4.

Derry were poor, went a goal up and allowed Harps to come back into it. Should have scored a second earlier but Harps out fought them and will feel hard down by not to have won. We have players who are too easy knocked off the ball and lack fight. Fitzgerald flatters to deceive and needs off loaded, Mc Gonagle looks once again like a good Irish league player but can’t make the step up. 2 points lost at home.

Always good to get a late equaliser but that's a disappointing result. However, I thought it was a decent performance, I don't accept that we were 'poor'.

First half was high energy and good intensity, I thought we played quite well. There goal was a shot come cross and unfortunately Gartside was caught out/out of position and got beat.

The second goal was a poor one to concede, the fella was in too much space in our own box. We reacted well to going behind and created the opportunities to equalise earlier, particularly McGonigle. The end of the game was crazy, our pressure told and got the goal we deserved.

Based on chances created we were certainly the better team throughout, Harps scored on the only two attacks of note.

Europe was always going to be difficult but it looks that bit trickier with Sligos result tonight. Next game away to Bohs is significant!
