Make no bones about it, these players are being signed to win now. Coming in on big wages on short deals. We're going for the league this year... Whether it works out remains to be seen.

He isn't listed on the Ballymena Utd website as a player. Seems strange for neither club to comment on this as he is clearly back working at Derry.Neutrino wrote: Mon Jan 20, 2025 6:43 pm There are photos on the Journal website of the first days training at Owenbeg and a few of them show Fats as a coach. Was that ever confirmed?

Its a banter page & I use the word banter loosely. You'll find that at several points throughout the season the same page will refer to us as Londonderry or post something about us on the 12th JulyBrandywellRedMariner wrote: Thu Jan 23, 2025 12:00 am https://www.facebook.com/share/p/19nNzU6EEj/

Utter madness that he was signed in the first place, then given a 1.5 yr contract and then sat about watching from the sidelines as an unused sub.

I can only presume that deal was sanctioned by our last manager?
Hopefully, when Higgins returns to the game with his next project he'll snap up this exciting prospect.
Some brutal signings last season... harking back to the journey men era... left me scared.PauliAlonso wrote: Tue Jan 28, 2025 8:54 amJesus Christ, get over it.marcoloco wrote: Mon Jan 27, 2025 9:01 pmUtter madness that he was signed in the first place, then given a 1.5 yr contract and then sat about watching from the sidelines as an unused sub.
