Just remember that it's a job for these lads. If another company offered you better pay and conditions, would you reject that opportunity?

Rovers are the biggest most successful Club in Ireland, play regularly in Europe, can pay the highest wages, and all whilst living in the Dublin area - if you're a young player serious about career development its a no brainer.
Oh, and they play on grass.
He’s was youngster and it was a natural step up. As is his next move. He’s entering his prime years now. I don’t begrudge him a move.
