Rovers are the biggest most successful Club in Ireland, play regularly in Europe, can pay the highest wages, and all whilst living in the Dublin area - if you're a young player serious about career development its a no brainer.

One of Rovers main weak links this season has been their keeper. Serious drop off since Mannus left.

It was always a certainty they'd be hunting down a top keeper at the end of this season.

Sure he knew all that when he signed a 3 year deal with us.
He’s was youngster and it was a natural step up. As is his next move. He’s entering his prime years now. I don’t begrudge him a move. Will put him in the shop window for a move across the water if he impresses.
