You are right about Connolly every time puts the ball to Duffy when most times he is double marked, mc mullan and Boyce standing on their own just seem to see left side of pitch RH does he not see this?

He also has to control the long ball often on the touchline on his chest or head. By the time he gets it under control all momentum is often last. Complicated at home by the fact that no one knows where the ball will bounce so a player has to wait for it to bounce. Could we not just give it to his feet or put him behind?

I thought it had stopped a bit when Wisdom when arrived and Connolly shifted over a bit but it seems to be back with a vengeance.

This type of play by the two CBs show that they are limited in their footballing abilities.

Gone are the days of CBs striding out into space in front of them. Now with the ball at their feet, they don't seem to know what to do, if they aren't passing it sideways or back to the keeper.

We know that Connollys out ball is a long diagonal pass to Duffy. That's his entire repertoire. And Wisdom looked totally lost with the ball at his feet on Friday night. Seemed to not want it, and panicked when he took possession.

Looks like he was hoping the team could win without him, then have him fit for Monday. But we can't look beyond what's in front of us. Could end up regretting that.
Did you not just have a dig at RH for not bringing Fats on for Diallo?
Yes. Thought that was pretty clear. Even though "dig" is probably a stretch.
