Let’s get a big crowd down to this game now on Friday, won’t be easy but we can be hopeful with our form and Drogheda not having the best run atm. Need to make the most of this chance

We are missing Winchester through suspension whilst Drogheda United are missing Farrell and Markey.

If O'Reilly is ok for this one we should be fine without Winchester as Markey & Farrell big losses for DrogsTenaciousDee wrote: Tue May 13, 2025 1:24 pm We are missing Winchester through suspension whilst Drogheda United are missing Farrell and Markey.

The team has seen from the last match how the support reacts to their whole hearted effortl.GalliaghDaGama wrote: Tue May 13, 2025 11:39 am Let’s get a big crowd down to this game now on Friday, won’t be easy but we can be hopeful with our form and Drogheda not having the best run atm. A loud away crowd would show the backing for the change in the team and drive them to the same effort in a crucial game before the home game with Rovers.
Hope those teenagers who usually crave attention for themselves can behave and give true backing to the team and the supporters who always make those journeys and promote the better side of Derry.

"The Priority is that Derry City is successful" - Mark Connolly
Ahead of Friday’s trip to Drogheda, Dee Curran caught up with Derry City captain Mark Connolly to discuss his own form, what the armband has (or hasn’t) changed about him, and why Drogheda remains one of the toughest away days in the league.

Derry City Manager Tiernan Lynch speaks with Packie Cooke ahead of the clash with Drogheda United. Lynch talks about staying grounded, using the earlier defeat to Drogheda as motivation, and gives an update on Adam O'Reilly’s fitness.

Drive 105 Match Night Live Tonight
Jeremy Clarkson used to describe some of Top Gear’s wild ideas as “ambitious but rubbish.” Tonight, we’re aiming for ambitious… and hopefully not rubbish. For the first time, we’ll be broadcasting live from two grounds:
Michael Kealey and Tom O’Connor will have full commentary from Sullivan and Lambe Park as Derry City take on Drogheda United.
I’ll be live from the Brandywell for Derry City Women’s clash with Cliftonville, bringing you all the build-up in Countdown to Kick-Off.
We’ll be switching between both grounds throughout the show with help from Paul Doherty in studio. Expect interviews (live or pre-recorded) with:
John Hegarty (DCFCW Chairman)
Danny Mullen
Kevin Doherty (Drogheda United Manager)
Cate Toland (DCFCW Vice-Captain)
Tiernan Lynch
We’re live from 7pm — tune in and show your support.
