If we can generate some of the atmosphere that was evident in the Bohs v rovers match in the Aviva we could make a difference to the teams response.

It would be a waste of time by the club to actively put something up online for every home game. All supporters know that on the Saturday before a home game the tickets are always available at the "usual" outlets. I believe there is a link somewhere to the usual outlets
Doesn't help attract new fans to the games if the club doesn't actively promote ticket sales.

There is a new stand about to open. Be great to have the venue sold out for every game. Tbh, promotion of the club in general has always been poor.
Exactly, he says that "all supporters know" but it's important to get new people coming to games who don't know these things. The first place they will look for tickets is the website and the ticket section is currently blank. Look at shamrock rovers page for tickets, it says when games are sold out and they sell tickets for a full month. If Derry ever want to compete with Rovers they need to do things at least as well as they do and we fall short in all regards if we are honest.

If Derry ever want to compete with Rovers they would have to pay employees to take care of such things, like Rovers.

This morning I chatted with Liam Boyce before he started training to discuss tomorrow night, the mood in the camp this week and the Belfast journey playlist.

Benson the only doubt at this stage. Mullan and Doherty could be back in the squad.

Played well - very different than last week.

Liked the look of Winchester and we limited Bohs to few decent chances.

Coyle/McGlynn saying wouldn't be surprised if Hoban away tomorrow so wonder do they have a bit of inside knowledge on that one.

First things first, how did Bohs beat Rovers last week? Credit where credits due Sam Todd looked a different player to Las week and he'd rival O'Reilly for M.O.M . Those officials brought a new level of poor officiating.

An energetic and committed performance. Not too many chances at either end but every one give it everything. Lovely goal too - imagine there were 3k in the north stand when that one went in.

We looked good in the first half. Sat back too much in the second half. Ref was even worse than last week and that's saying something.

Well done lads on the three points.

An enjoyable game, well first half anyway.

Good to see us play with a bit of urgency, tempo. Instead of aimless ball possession for the sake of it.

Thought Sam Todd had a strong game, especially after last week. Agree about Winchester and O'Reilly too.

Boyce and Hoban both struggled to get into the game, and Benson looked well off the pace. Doesn't look fit at all.

Another 3pts next week should set us up rightly. Hopefully we add another CB before the window closes.

I thought we were very good in the first. High intensity and work rate throughout the team. Completely different from last Friday. Bohs never got a sniff from open play. We created a couple of opportunities, particularly through Thomas on the right. Really good all round performance, total control.

Second half was more difficult and tbh I felt the wind played a part in that (as it did in the first). We couldn't go as long because the ball got held up in the wind which meant Bohs could push up. We didn't really establish any period of control in the half. This is where our lack of pace showed up in trying to get out on the break.

I disagree with the previous comment as I thought Hoban did a good job playing as a lone forward. Thought he was a good outlet, he was just isolated from the rest of the team.

We'll have to get better at seeing out games. Bohs had a lot of pressure without really creating much but a better team would use that dominance to their benefit. We were just trying to kick it up and win fouls/throw ins.

Much improved as a whole.
