According to telegraph Gavin Whyte not yet decided where to go.

He wants to win trophies and no rush to make a decision.

I expect where the family wants will have a big bearing on a where to settle.

Any other potential signings mentioned? A lot of teams seem to be well on their way on getting their squads together.

Any word on Maher/O'Reilly?

With most of the squads contracts up in November who exactly do we have for next year.
Can we expect Lynch to bed in a new squad to be challenging for Europe next year never mind trophies.

Jackie and Todd are due back from their loan spells in January.

Barry Baggley just signed for St. Pat's and Oxford allegedly agreed a fee for McGinty, submitted by Rovers. With that in mind I would nearly believe the rumours that Maher and O'Reilly are staying.

Of these three Diablo and Patching are the two players I would keep. Diallo is one who has footballing ability and could become a real standout in the team. Patching had been impressive early in his Derry career and has lost the bite with no drive but maybe could be harnessed by Lynch to get his career up and running again. Kelly hasn’t showed what he done for Dundalk all season and maybe needs a change of team.

Patching can gtf as far as I'm concerned.

We were chasing a double this season and he looked like he couldn't be arsed all year. Hardly broke a sweat and didn't influence many games.

Or change of manager ? Maybe TL can bring out the player we all seen in Dundalk during 2023

Think Daniel kelly was judged a bit too harshly this year. Needs consistent appearances which he didn't get under higgins. We all seen how good he was at dundalk.

Hopefully some new signings soon, it's very quiet so far.

There was some talk on social media about him going to Bohs and Ross Tierney coming to us as part of the deal.

If you're honest he had a poor season. I'm sure he'll agree and wont be happy either.

Does one poor season make him a poor player? No.

Hopefully, he can deliver for us next season and maybe the new manager can get the best out of him.

Daniel Kelly hasn't played a decent game of football since he left Bohs.

We'll probably end up rummaging through the bargain basket this season again.

We need to be realistic. There's 4 Dublin clubs ahead of us in the que for any decent players. I think we'll see a few NI based players step across and try their luck with us this season. Would be nice to attract some former players back too as that may be the only way to add quality to the squad.

Arlo Doherty confirmed as GK signing on 18 month deal. I wonder what that means for Maher? Or is he replacing Ryan?

He has been with the club since the summer. If you were in early on match nights you may have saw him take part in the warm up drills.
