Weight of expectations. He turned the club over dramatically when he first came in because under Clancy they were rudderless. Now, it is a bit similar. Publicly there was little pressure on him from fans and board but there is a lot of money invested in that squad. Next man will come in and trim the team down to bring his own players in, have some short term success and we may be talking about the same thing again this time next year.
