Higgins deserves a bit of credit over the last two games. Following a really disappointing result against Rovers he's managed to get the team up for two difficult games. He's missing a number of key players, he's changed the approach and has played 2 forwards that a lot of people here were asking for.

I think he was forced to change. People were fed up and his tactics were not delivering. We were awful. At least he accepted that and reverted, dare i say it, back to basics. Great to see us play with a bit more purpose and less silly errors.

Has been since he arrived really. That was his 12th successful penalty for us

Very good. He looks so assured.

Interesting that all of hobans goals come from open play.

Hoban is the designated penalty taker. He is carrying a thigh injury and he said in his post match interview he passed it up because it’s about the team.

Two of his goals have been penalties this season. Against Waterford & Shams……….

Our strengths at the minute are upfront and on the wings and it appears that we are getting the pragmaticism in our play that many fans have been asking for. Looking for that to continue because we have two really tough nuts to crack next weekend.

Thanks for this. I wasn't sure as i know Hoban like a pen like all top goal scorers!

Good that we have two that are comfortable stepping up
