Fed up with all the excuses.

Blame the pitch, blame the refs, blame Reynolds leaving, blame injuries.

We were sh1t with Reynolds here, so forget that. We didn't just get stale since he left last week.

The pitch is bad, yeah so it's bad for everyone playing on it. Yet other teams don't seem to be hindered by it. We should have an advantage in fact, we play on it more often.

Yes we have injuries, so do all teams. Get over it, deal with it. We have a big squad and budget. You think we are playing against teams every week with not a single injury?

Refs are crap. For every team. That's been like this for years in the LOI, they haven't got an anti-Derry bias, just some people want to see that. I have read irish football forums this season where other fans have said the ref gave Derry every decision in certain games.

We were told we got the best manager in the country when we got RH in. Told we were lucky as he had loads of suitors. A tactical genius. Time to earn your corn RH.

To think watching this muck that it's more or less the same team that played that FAI Cup final only a few months ago. What has gone wrong?

So people who are saying it's because Reynolds left, it's because we have players injured, it's the pitch etc are talking nonsense. It's the way the team is structured and setup to play. Can't ignore the performances at home the past 18 months as a collective. Everyone knows we can't break teams down at home- so why are we persisting with the same tactics and then surprised when we get the same old tripe. The system doesn't work- McGonigle is nowhere near the caliber of striker we need and the midfield contribute very little in an attacking sense apart from McEneff who scored a few. We have to remember here Higgins has had a very healthy budget to work with.
Nail on the head.

Genuinely baffled that people are making out these performances/issues are a new thing.
