UCD v Derry City Match Thread (RE-ARRANGED)
Not a whole lot to say about this one, 3 points are a must here. Hopefully we'll score a couple and settle the contest early on. It'd be nice to get some of the younger players game time here, especially with a quick turnaround.
Sounds like Duffy could be in the squad for this one. Harkin long term out.
Whelan and Kerrigan are the two UCD players to look out for. Both Ireland u21s and sure to get a move away in the summer.
3-0 Derry.

Re: UCD v Derry City Match Thread
Hate these kind of games where Derry are potentially expected to win. Never as clear cut or as easy as we would like them to be. UCD are not a bad side and as mentioned have a few quality players playing for them.
Would be nice to get the win tonight in any kind of fashion. I would gladly take another scrappy 1 nil victory to come back up the road again with 3 points leading into Monday night.

To think, the League Cup was scapped to avoid fixture congestion.

Unless it's a 4-3-3 with McJannett at LB that moves to a 3-4-3 when we have the ball

Another great result and comfortable display. Last was a blip with harps. But I’m sure they will give the pitch a good ploughing before Saturday. Up the City.

Good win comfortable Had to watch LOI tho MyGod Shane McEleney was great all over the pitch Maybe that was because
the commentator didn’t knowBoyce was on Lol It was dreadful coverage of commentary All he talked about was where our players came from Never mentioned of course Fats was a Derry player Ah well he had Derry keeper taking kick outs for UCD lol One wee thing he got right the Black numbers on red are hard as are the white numbers on the away kit esp with lights so bad as UCD and Dirtymount Pk Maybe worth a look City Butgrest to actually boss a game vv satisfied but wish I was there neve missed away UCD game till now
