Location: Away on a dander hi!
On Sunday 6th December at 7:00pm, the Supporters Trust will be hosting an Information Evening and Q&A Session in the Millenium Forum.

This session is to allow interested parties and already paid up members to come along and find out the immediate and mid-term plans for the Trust and to clarify any questions they might have. The new board have expressed an interest and willingness to attend.

The plan for the evening is as follows -
Open doors at 7pm, members of Trust working group available for informal discussions.
Start meeting at 7.30pm, with a brief summary of the Trust and work that has already been done; an idea of plans for the immediate future; some proposals and briefs for mid-to-long term projects the trust would be capable of engaging in.
Brief interval (10-15min), light refreshments available (very light - hughs doing the 'catering').
Trust Members briefing after interval - basically the first meeting of the Supporters Trust Members, where they can ask whatever they want and get their views and ideas heard.

If you feel you can't attend and would like to ask some questions, pm any member of the interim committee and we'll do our best to answer it both here and on the night.
