The FAI have confirmed that our games against Dundalk next Monday and Cork on Friday week have been postponed due to our U-19 and U-21 International call-ups.
The Dundalk game will now be Monday 14 May and the Cork game Monday 4 June.

Not too fussed on the Dundalk match getting postponed as I think we still need to build up form and confidence to take them on.

Plus it would have been 3 home matches in 10 days which would have impacted on our gates and hopefully we get a good crowd now against Bray as a lot of people would have sacrificed it for the Dundalk match.

Kenny should be trying his best to arrange some practice matches at the Brandywell to get players fit and used to the new pitch, especially those who did not feature against Limerick.

Agree. Think Dundalk would have rolled us over too so this gives us a break and a chance to build some momentum. No excuses for another full house come Friday now!

They didn't roll us over even when they were at home, did they.

No they did'nt... but that was 2 months ago having lost to sligo, waterford, Rovers? Since then we've had the benefit of building up some momentum against the mid - lower teams. Think those 2 postponements saved our skins tbh. In our home games this year we've been played off the park by St Pats and bulldozed by Rovers. Think the term riding our luck is not unfair. Nevertheless, to respond to a comment from 2 months ago in an effort to prove a point is laughable.
