Surely as part of the build up to the match someone like Radio Foyle should be asking these questions in advance of the final? Will the stadium be ready, will the lessons from last year be learnt and improvements implemented in good time ensuring a positive write up in the national press / media, will the sell out crowd and show case finals help keep the pressure on the Council / Executive's plans to complete the new stand and promote the Brandywell as a viable North West stadium for under age tournament games and friendlies? And will someone please move all those extra nets before the match starts.

Could all journos/media get together and highlight these issues again if proper facilities are still not provided for yous?

Council have got off very lightly around the supposed "upgrade" of the stadium so far.

Trust me, they did last year.

Did Sloggett say he'd be fit for selection?

Said he was giving himself every chance if not to start but to make himself available (most likely off the bench). Thanked the medical staff at the club for working on him for 2 weeks solid. He clearly want to play.

As a free agent he can almost choose where he moves to. I reckon Rovers.

I'd be surprised if we didn't get another 12 months out of him. I'm sure he has ambitions of playing at a higher level. Moving to Dundalk or Rovers would be a huge risk as he wouldn't get near their starting 11.

Time for a real atmosphere from the fans rather than a timid belief that Derry can win this one.
Is there going to be the support to show we can outdo the small band of Dundalk fans who usually out shout us.
