I bought through Robert Quigley but to be fair I had little to no interaction with them as I had a Mortgage Advisor independently and was in constant contact with the seller. I was warned off Daniel Henry, particularly when it came to re-possessed properties and Oakland(?) On the Carlisle Road I went into once and found to be disinterested in helping with inquiries.

Oakland are based in the Diamond. The one on Carlisle Rd might have been EoC (Eddie O'Connor), down near the bottom ?

I deal with estate agents all the time, and they're just ordinary people to be honest ! Some are good at what they do, some will be bad. The same as any other job really. People love knocking them though, and they're an easy target.

It is the other one that was across the street. Don't think I spoke to anyone in Eddie's.

Steve, some are very good at their jobs, but i found out to my detriment that some/one are also liars and crooks.
